Stamps have became one of the form for transmission culture, many countries have used it as a form to make knowing their big painting master of and it could to say another form of education. El sello postal se ha convertido en una de las formas de transmisión de cultura, muchos paises lo han utilizado como forma de hacer conocer sus grandes maestros de la pintura y también podría decirse de otra forma de educación. Cuantos niños aprendieron sobre paises al recibir una carta y ver el sello perteneciente a esos otros países desconocidos, hasta ese momento, provocando la curiosidad del espectador. Este suceso comenzó en la primera mitad del siglo XX.
El sello postal es comunicación, conocimiento, una forma de tradición, asi como lo fue en los comienzos de la historia de la humanidad las pinturas rupestres, o los juglares.
El arte es la expresion del alma. Picasso dijo "El arte sacude del alma el polvo acumulado en la vida diaria" , y el sello postal, ha sido un medio, mas que oportuno, para transmitir conocimiento. La divulgación sobre la obra de un artista plastico o tambien la musica y sus compositores.

The diversity of argentine artist, product of the strong european inmigration, has brought an umparalelled impront. Every school and artist movement has been present in argentine artist and the job was reflected in stamps, for example christmas has been a good motive for it.
