ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE AND ART

TIWANAKU is a pre columbian city to 70 km from La Paz, Bolivia and 20 km from Titicaca lake. Is considered the city most oldest in the planet. Is calculated 25 centuries old. Is before to Inca Civilization.

This civilization had three moments, 1- As a Villager, living in litle houses next to crops. 2- Urban and religius time, here reached a great develoment, with splendid buildings with mathematical accuracy and magnificient temples, 3- Imperial time, during this moment the domain was extended by 600.000km through trade . One of the way to domininance was to transplant a population and continue elsewhere in other place, this form was copied by inca, too.

There are many pieces met in the place that could be showed in a gallery of art. Monolites, representing a big sculture or buildings made as real palaces at the present.

The idea is to show the archeological heritage is also art.

TIMAWAKU, es una ciudad precolombina, ubicada a 70 km de La Paz, Bolivia y a 20 km del Lago Titicaca.. Es considerada la ciudad mas antigua de el planeta. Se calcula que tiene 25 siglos de antiguedad, es anterior a la civilizacion Inca.

La dcivilización tuvo tres momentos. 1- Como una aldea, viviendo el pequeñas casas cerca de los cultivos. 2- Tiempo urbano y religiosos. Aqui alcanzo un gran desarrollo, con esplendidos edificios con desarrollo matematico y magnificos templos, 3- Tiempo imperial, durante este tiempo el dominio se extendio por 600.000 a través del comercio. Una de las formas de domino fue transplantar todo un pueblo a otro sitio, una practica que fue adoptada por los incas.

Muchas piezas encontradas podrian estar exhibidas en una galeria de arte. Monolitos representado una gran escultura o edificios hechos como verdaderos palacios en el presente.

La idea es mostrar que el patrimonio arqueologico es tambien arte
